In this workshop I will share the art of tune in to what your body needs when opening your spice cabinet. Is your body in need of warming spices (sluggishness, dampness) or are you feeling signs of heat excess (acidity, impatience, irritability) and should so reach out for spices that are more neutral and cooling?
Let’s discover together, having a light and joyful Sunday morning and experimenting an authentic ayurvedic detoxing and nourishing meal.
